ETI

Leader-lr, which groups together the growing SMEs and ETIs in Languedoc Roussillon, wanted to optimize its recruitment processes. We tested and distributed the Vadequa tool to our members, which allows us to gain time and effectiveness: the candidates receive the questionnaire and the analysis of the results allows for a first selection without even having to have the first round of interviews for all the candidates, by checking whether the values ​​match those of the company and the position and whether the business requirements are sufficient. The series of proposed questions is also an advantage when having the interview in person. We also launched internal surveys to highlight the differences in the values ​​of the various services with those of the company in order to adapt our internal strategy accordingly. We are entirely satisfied with this product that also allows for the ranking and the follow-up of the campaigns with the collecting of CVs.

SME

The Identicar group has a strong corporate culture and we were seeking to recruit employees who fit in with our state of mind and who enjoy working in collaboratively. Vadequa offered us a turnkey solution enabling our teams to define our corporate culture and allowing us to objectify our assessment of a candidate’s potential for integration within Identicar. We have recently begun using the Vadequa candidate tests which allow us to know our candidates better and to be more relevant in our questioning. Candidates appear to be receptive to the test and appreciate our different approach to job interviews.

Very small businesses

The member firms of the GESP, a consortium of personal service companies, encountered problems in the management and evaluation of their candidates. We were looking for a solution to help us better assess the profile of our future employees, paying particular attention to their know-how, which is for us the essential criterion of this profession. We chose the Vadequa software because it focuses on the know-how and potential of individuals. It allows to define different criteria (personality, values, culture, competence) and generates a detailed report on each of the profiles to help us make our choice. It also allows us to manage CVs and sort applications, which saves us a lot of time for certain positions. It is therefore a solution that I recommend and that works for executive profiles as much as it does for non-executives.

As a Recruitment and Human Resources consulting firm, we have chosen to opt for the Vadequa solution a little over 3 years ago, in addition to the more traditional recruitment tools. What we like about the Vadequa test: it is a complete and illustrated personality test, easy to read and therefore to share with our clients: illustrations + syntheses with comments for each candidate. In addition to personality, the test provides valuable insight into the candidate’s motivational elements and values. This also allows us to conduct a cultural audit with our clients and to match cultural suitability between the candidate and the proposed company / environment. We also like being able to create and customize our test campaigns and adding additional questions if necessary. It is a real decision-making tool for our consultants and clients, but also a tool for exchanging and discussing with the candidates to develop motivational levers and their personality with them based on concrete elements.
