Create your corporate culture audit campaign

Log in to your Vadequa space with your login and then choose to the “Culture Audit” tab.

Note: tabs are only visible if you use both the Culture Audit module and the Recrutement module.

Click on “Create a new campaign”.

Enter the required information on the first tab, “Settings

  • Campaign name: the name (not visible) of the campaign (internal reference).
  • URL: your personalized URL. Example : http://business.vadequa.com/profiling/ma-campagne.
  • Profiling subject: the name of the audited company or organization.
  • Organizational units: the list of your company’s organizational units. There is no limit to the number. It adapts to your business. For example, you can segment by service (HR, commerce, R&D) or by agency (Paris, Lyon, Montpellier).
  • Mandatory segmentations: these are optional by default but here you have the option to define mandatory ones. The employee must therefore position himself in the mandatory segmentation(s).
  • Logo : load your logo here. It will be visible when you communicate the culture audit questionnaire.
  • Redirection URL: a web page towards which people will be redirected at the end of the questionnaire. This can be used, for example, if you want to communicate a particular message.
  • Owner: the owner of the campaign (= the person who will be allowed to modify it).

Use the “Values” tab to add your company’s values.

This part is optional. If you have not yet defined your company values, the Vadequa culture audit will allow you to do so at the end of the diagnosis.

If you have already worked on your values ​​(for example if these are already posted on your website), you can enter them and place them on our corporate culture model. To do so, create a new set of values.

Then enter your values ​​while positioning them on the graph: you simply select the color disk corresponding to your value to move it on the graph. This is not necessarily obvious at the outset. If you need to be accompanied, do not hesitate to contact us. With your values, we can then test the suitability of your employees. Results will be added to the crop audit report.

On the third and last tab, “Customization“, you can customize the questionnaire title as well as the introductory message. We offer a default text.

Click on “Save” to save your campaign.

With a little experience, it takes only 30 seconds to create a hiring campaign! If you have doubts regarding certain points, feel free to save and then return to the parameters, they are modifiable at any time.

Launch your corporate culture audit campaign

You have just created your campaign. You now have an “Invite Responders” button to invite your collaborators. The “wrench” button allows you to modify the criteria of your campaign or to end it by archiving it. Click the “Invite Respondents” button to receive a unique link to your campaign questionnaire. If you have previously customized this link, such version will be used. If you have not customized this link, the software will generate a single link.

By clicking on this button, a window will open containing the link to be sent to the company’s employees.

Send this link by email or post it on your intranet. You can also make available to your employees a room containing one or more computers with a browser previously opened on the page of this link.

The corporate culture audit questionnaire

You have just created your campaign and sent the link to the questionnaire to your employees. The culture audit questionnaire is based on Quinn’s corporate culture model. The only scientifically validated model in the world.

This questionnaire contains 12 questions through which your employees will have to describe how they would behave in different situations. To complete it, they must rank proposals starting from the most appropriate way to act in their opinion to the least appropriate way.

This culture questionnaire measures two things: the culture as it is perceived within the organization and the culture that employees desire.

After the introductory page, they will also be invited to position themselves in the different segmentations (mandatory or not).

Here are two sample questions.

The employee must move the displayed proposals from left to right by sorting them from top to bottom. He can at any time re-order them or even go back in the questionnaire. He can also pause (leaving the browser window open) and return to the questionnaire later on.

The corporate culture audit report

Your employees have begun answering the questionnaire. The first results are available.

Click on your campaign. You will obtain a graphical summary of the audit: two disks representing the perceived and desired culture on the crop diagram. These disks represent the median of the responses. By default, no filter is applied and the results are those of the entire population (= all respondents to the questionnaire).

You have the possibility to filter the results with one or more segmentations. You can even exclude one or more segmentations if necessary. You also have a “set of values” option. Use this option to add the previously set values.

Below the Quinn diagram (culture) that automatically updates as soon as you change the filters, you have a “Detailed Report” button. This is how you can view the report on the filter you have chosen. These filters allow you to quickly explore the results and find the information you are looking for.

Once the detailed report is opened, you can download it as a PDF by clicking on the button at the top right of your screen. You can add your own header and footer by contacting us beforehand.

In the first part of the report, you will find, in graphical form, the different segmentations used to construct it.

There are then two instructional parts explaining how to interpret the results. These parts can be useful in case you wish to directly send the audit results by sending the report in PDF form to one of your colleagues. Even without any knowledge of the subject, reading the document will suffice to understand how it works.

You will then receive your culture diagnosis: perceived culture, desired culture, intensity of culture.

If you defined your values ​​during the creation of the campaign, you will have access to the adequacy between the employees’ values ​​and your company’s, as well as the adequacy between the values ​​perceived by your employees and those ​​of your organization.

You will also see the gaps between the perceived and desired culture. This is often an essential point of corporate culture auditing.

Finally, depending on the intensity of your culture and whether it is aligned or not with your company’s objectives, a table of recommendations will be proposed to you.
